Versante Sud Skialp between Gran Sasso and Sibillini Vol. 1 ski mountaineering guide is a collection of 101 itineraries, almost all unpublished, of steep skiing and classic ski mountaineering, little known and popular, suitable for both beginners and more experienced.
The paths of this first volume belong to the northernmost sectors of the Central Apennines, which can be placed more or less north of the Aterno-Pescara river. Specifically, 12 itineraries are described on the Sibillini chain, 7 on the Reatini (Terminillo), 10 on the Monti della Laga, 47 on the Gran Sasso d'Italia, 20 on the Velino chain and finally 5 on the most southern and western Simbruini-Ernici chain. .
